For people who are vegetarians, this is the perfect ramen place to go. This is a deconstructed ramen where each individual ramen component is separate. They stock is made of vegetable and you eat them by mixing them together tsukemen style. For those who are not interested in eating vegetarian means, they also have Iberian ham ramen which also very delicious. A strange ramen experience but totally different and enjoyable.

This is famous for Dashi (fish stock) Tsukemen ramen with their thick based ramen noodles. They also has many different types, shrimp, miso and shoyu ramen but their dashi tsukemen ramen is the most popular. The customer is more male oriented than females and the restaurant is narrow so if you want to take your time eating ramen it’s better to go somewhere else.
